* DGP member fee can only be granted if you are a member of the German Society for Protozoology at the time of registration. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first. Once your DGP membership is confirmed, you can register as DGP member.
** Student status (Bachelor, Master, PHD) must be confirmed by providing a certificate of matriculation from a university. Please send your certificate by email to the Conference Organisation Committee (firstname.lastname@example.org).

With successful registration for the 37th Annual Meeting of the German Society for Protozoology, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 3-4 days together with the invoice. If you do not receive the invoice within 10 days, please contact the Conference Organisation Committee to confirm your registration. When registering, please arrange payment of the registration fee by bank transfer or electronic transfer. All payments must be made in EUR. The registration fee is due for payment within 2 weeks after the date of invoice.
If you need to cancel your conference registration, please inform the Conference Organisation Committee by email. For cancellations by the 28th January 2018, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of EUR 50. No refund can be made for cancellations of conference registration fees received after 28th January 2018.
Abstact submission for posters and talks is possible after successful registration. The confirmation email will contain the password for the secured area on the website. Abstract submission will be closed by January 12th for talks and by January 31th for posters.
